The Utah Jazz (28-22) host the Chicago Bulls at The Solutions tonight. The game is the late ESPN game and will get underway at 8:30. The Bulls didn't shoot around this morning after a late Salt Lake arrival last night. The Bulls flew in from Denver where they were handed a 2nd half beat-down by the Nuggets.
Utah Jazz Head Coach Tyrone Corbin on the Chicago Bulls:
The Jazz are getting results, even with injuries to Mo Williams, Earl Watson, and Gordon Hayward. It's incredible that the Jazz are starting the 3rd string point guard and backing him up with a 2nd year off guard yet they've still won 9 out of 12 games. I asked Coach how they're doing it:
The Jazz are powered by the 3-headed monster down low of Al Jefferson, Paul Millsap, & Derrick Favors. The boys that make up the "Big Lineup" average 41 points per game combined. Add Enes Kanter to that big man rotation, who just dropped 17 points in 17 minutes vs. the Bucks, and it's fair to call the Jazz bigs the best in the NBA.
Paul Millsap, is the Jazz' group of bigs the best in the NBA?
For the latest on the the Utah Jazz keep it locked on 1320 KFAN. Gunther & Graham talk hoops weekdays from 3:00-7:00.
